CREAMY DAIRY-FREE BLACK BEAN HUMMUS

Ingredients:
1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed (1 cup)
1/2 cup chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 c extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 tbsp tahini
1/4 tsp cumin
3/4 tsp salt

 

Directions:
1. Add all the ingredients to the food processor (make sure garlic is minced) and process until smooth.

2. Scrape sides and process again!

3. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with za’atar (optional).

4. Serve with sliced cucumber and crackers. Enjoy!
