DILL PICKLE TUNA MELT
Ingredients:
2 St. Pierre Brioche buns
1 can tuna (142 g), drained
2 tbsp mayo
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp diced dill pickles
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1 tbsp pickle brine
1 tbsp diced pickled jalapeños (or to taste)
1 green onion, thinly sliced
¼ cup shredded cheese (mixed into tuna)
More shredded cheese for topping (1/4 c)
Pinch salt & pinch of pepper
Directions:
1. Mix tuna, mayo, Dijon, pickles, brine, jalapeños, green onion, fresh dill and ¼ cup shredded cheese in a bowl.
2. Place the bottom half of your brioche bun in the air fryer.
3. Pile the tuna mixture on top.
4. Add extra shredded cheese.
5. Air fry at 375°F for 4–5 minutes, until melty and golden.
6. Add the top bun (optional) and warm for 1 more minute.
