FLUFFY QUINOA + PAN-SEARED CHIPOTLE SHRIMP

Pan-Seared Chipotle Wild-Caught Shrimp:
1. Make sure you pat it dry, then season with garlic powder, chipotle powder, salt, pepper, oregano and paprika.

2. Coat the pan with ghee and cook the shrimp over medium-high heat for a few minutes until ready!

Fluffy Quinoa:
1. Cooked in bone broth instead of water with 1 tbsp ghee, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Meal paired with: Baked Crispy Smokey Curry Chickpeas, Sautéed Spinach, Brussels Sprouts, and Sautéed Mushrooms. The mushrooms and spinach are in olive oil with garlic, salt and pepper!
