GF NO SUGAR ADDED DOUBLE CHOCOLATE PROTEIN ALMOND FLAX BANANA BREAD

Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas
1 cup super fine almond flour
1 cup gluten-free oat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/3 cup cocoa powder
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup flax meal
2 scoops unflavored protein (optional) - If you don’t use it, it won’t affect the texture, no worries
1/2 c sugar-free chocolate chips

 

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350F.

2. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

3. In a medium bowl mash the bananas and add vanilla extract. Whisk eggs and add it to the banana mixture and mix until well combined.

4. Stir in the the flours, cacao, cinnamon, flax meal, collagen and baking soda.

5. Add almond milk and combine.

6. Then, add chocolate chips and mix well.

7. Pour the batter into baking dish, add extra chocolate on top of the bread and bake for for 40 minutes.
