NEW SOFT-BAKED GF SNICKERS COOKIES

Ingredients:
1 c peanut butter
1 c gluten-free oats
1/4 c flax meal
2 eggs 
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 c maple syrup 
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 c chocolate chips
Pinch salt

 

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F.

2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, then add maple syrup, peanut butter and vanilla and stir until well combined. 

3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the oats, flax meal, baking powder and salt.

4. Combine wet and dry ingredients.

5. Stir in the chocolate chips.

6. Using a tablespoon add the batter into your non-stick baking dish sprayed with oil.

7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the center is cooked through.
