POMEGRANATE PISTACHIO WHITE CHOCOLATE MATCHA BARK
Ingredients:
2 high-quality white chocolate bars (6oz)
1/2 pomegranate (seeds removed)
1/4-1/3 cup pistachios
1 tsp ceremonial grade matcha powder
Directions:
1. Deseed the pomegranate and set aside.
2. Melt the white chocolate in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each round until smooth.
3. Stir in 1 teaspoon of matcha until fully combined.
4. Pour the melted chocolate onto parchment paper and spread evenly with a knife or spatula.
5. Sprinkle generously with pomegranate seeds and pistachios.
6. Refrigerate for 2 hours, or until fully set.
7. Break into pieces and enjoy ✨
