PROTEIN ALMOND FLAX CHOCOLATE CHIP BANANA BREAD

Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas
1 c almond flour
1 cup gf oat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 eggs 
1/2 c chocolate chips
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon  
1/4 c almond milk
1/4 c flax meal 
2 scoops unflavored collagen peptides (optional). If you don’t use it, it won’t affect the texture, no worries

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.

  2. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

  3. In a medium bowl mash the bananas.

  4. Whisk eggs and add it to the banana mixture and mix until well combined.

  5. Stir in the the flours, cinnamon, chocolate chips, flax meal and baking soda.

  6. Add almond milk and mix well.

  7. Pour the batter into baking dish and bake for 40 minutes.

  8. Don’t forget to add extra chocolate chips on top of the bread 😜
