Chunky Monkey Croissant

 

Ingredients:
Crescent Roll, 4 triangles
2 bananas 
1 bar of Hu Milk Chocolate Bar
1 egg, whisked

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F.

2. Cut each Hu chocolate square in half. Peel the banana, gently scoop out the center using a spoon and stuff it with Hu chocolate chunks.

3. Unwrap the crescent dough and roll it out until thin. ( Check out video for reference).

4. Wrap the dough around the banana. Brush whisked egg over crescent roll and bake for 16-18 minutes or until golden brown.

5. Melt the remaining chocolate in the microwave for 1 minute.

6. Drizzle on top of the croissant and enjoy!
