LOADED BREAKFAST SWEET POTATOES

 

Ingredients:
sweet potatoes
yogurt
banana slices
peanut butter
hemp seeds
flax meal
cinnamon
Additional Topping Suggestions: cottage cheese, chickpeas, eggs etc.

Directions:
1. (Life hack) Bake a few sweet potatoes the night before [wash, pat dry and poke holes in the sweet potato then bake at 400F for 40-45 mins] and store them in the fridge to save yourself some time for the next few days in the morning!

2. When ready to serve, cut the baked potato in half and stuff with toppings!

3. Enjoy!
