40g of protein and the smoothest texture! 👏🏼 I’m usually a savory-breakfast girl, but when I want something sweet, this is perfect and it keeps me satisfied for hours!

A splash of kefir keeps the yogurt silky when you mix in protein powder (plus probiotics!). I’ll have this for breakfast, post-workout, or after dinner if I’m low on protein or craving something sweet.

CARROT CAKE CHIA PUDDING

This carrot cake pudding is straight fire - we’re absolutely obsessed with it. It might just be my new number one favorite recipe 😭 Enjoy it for breakfast, as a snack, or as dessert. I layered mine with almond butter and creamy yogurt this morning, and it was absolutely incredible. You can also add fruits such as bananas. For dessert, top it off with whipped cream - you won’t be disappointed! 😍
