SARDINE SALAD WRAP
Ingredients:
Lavash (I love Atoria’s Lavash)
2 tbsp Labne
1 can sardines in EVOO
1 small carrot, finely chopped
2 tbsp capers, drained
handful of cilantro, chopped
2 tbsp red onion, finely chopped
1/2 celery stalk, finely chopped
Yogurt Sauce: 2 tbsp greek yogurt, 1 tbsp dijon mustard, 1 tbsp lemon juice, salt + pepper to taste
Directions:
1. in a bowl, mash up the sardines, then and add carrots, celery, capers, cilantro, red onion, greek yogurt, dijon mustard, lemon juice salt and pepper.
2. Warm up the lavash, I like to throw it in the air fryer for 30 sec. Spread labne over the lavash and top with the sardine salad. Roll it up, slice in half and enjoy!
