MATCHA CHIA PUDDING

 

Makes 2 servings
Ingredients:
1 1/2 - 2 teaspoons matcha green tea powder
2 cups cashew milk (or any dairy-free milk)
1/2 cup chia seeds
1-2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp coconut cream
Toppings: bananas, frozen raspberries and whipped cream

 

Directions:
1. In a bowl or mason jar, mix the matcha green tea powder with the cashew milk and whisk until smooth and not clumped. Ypu can use a blender too. Add the coconut cream and chia seeds and whisk well.

2. Add in vanilla extract and maple syrup. Whisk again.

3. Refrigerate overnight!

4. In the morning, serve with bananas, frozen raspberries and some whipped cream bc why not! Enjoy!
