SILKY HIGH PROTEIN YOGURT BOWL
Directions:
Mix 1 cup plain Greek yogurt with a scoop of good-quality chocolate or vanilla protein powder. Add a splash of kefir and keep adding just until you reach a smooth, silky consistency (I usually do around 1/4 cup or slightly less depending on the texture).
Top with fresh fruit, nuts, honey, and a sprinkle of raw cacao powder. Enjoy!
