HARISSA TOFU

I’ve been on a tofu kick lately and wanted to try something different, with a little spice kick and used harissa in my recipe today. If you like your food a little spicy, you’ll almost certainly love this recipe! Harissa is common in Middle Eastern and North African cooking. I grew up eating it with about anything, from eggs to dips, to rice, to noodles to marinades to meat! Seriously, the options are limitless and it’s so delicious!
